Dr Faizal graduated from NUS in 2003 and has nothing short of an illustrious and colourful 21+year career covering both the Public and Private Sectors. He spent the first 9 years with a Government Restructured Hospital in the discipline of Emergency Medicine, before leaving for the Private Sector where he developed his Administrative and Management Skills. ​
 

His previous role as a Medical Director in a Private Healthcare group saw him handle more than 40 clinics across the island, emergency ambulance operations and stakeholder / client management. He was largely responsible for Clinical Governance for the Healthcare group, which enforces healthcare quality from the various centres under his charge.​

In 2022, he was conferred the Pingat Bakti Masyarakat (PBM) for his role in the nation’s fight against COVID, having set up multiple Testing & Quarantine facilities not just in Singapore, but also in Bangladesh and India; together with 10vaccination Centres across the island, partnering multiple public & grassroots stakeholders, delivering at least 3.6 million doses of vaccines to the public. ​

Dr Faizal is passionate about Primary Care and Public Health and is currently spear-heading the Ultimed Healthcare Clinics business as the CMO & Director, responsible in launching the company in it’s bid to be the trusted healthcare company delivering holistic, all-encompassing health to the community. ​

Experience in varied healthcare fields such as Secondary Care, Aesthetics, Dermatology and Dentistry, Irene Yeo has in-depth knowledge in optimising operational processes, staff training, and systems implementation to improve efficiency and patient care.

She has led multiple Operations teams, overseeing the setup of clinics and operational workflows, delivering high quality standards and patient satisfaction. 

​

Outside of work, Irene Yeo enjoys Tabata workout, to keep her fit and ready for any challenges ahead. 
 

Gabriel Lin is a results-driven leader with experience across the APAC region, specializing in Business Management. ​

​

Gabriel played a pivotal role in managing COVID vaccination efforts across Singapore with a private medical group, testament to his ability in executing large-scale operations with efficiency and precision. ​

​

He holds a MBA and PhD in Healthcare Management from the UK. Gabriel is dedicated to fostering strategic partnerships and driving organizational success through innovation, leadership, and collaboration.​

Amira brings with her 10 years of experience in the healthcare sector. Throughout her career, she has worked closely with both ground staff and management, fostering strong team collaboration to enhance patient care. Amira was a recipient of a service award from Singhealth highlighting her commitment in delivering exceptional healthcare to her patients.​

Outside of her professional life, Amira is passionate about surf skating and singing, which to her, help improve her mental well-being allowing her to focus and be effective at work​.
